Work Process

We recommend using the Uniswap. Uniswap is a protocol that does things differently to centralized exchanges. Its open-source software has been built on the Ethereum blockchain — and allows users to trade ERC-20 tokens without the need for a middleman.

  • STEP 1: Get an Ethereum wallet such as MetaMask.

  • STEP 2: If you decide to use your computer to access Uniswap

  • STEP 3: Open the Uniswap website and connect your wallet to Uniswap, you can click the ' launch app' button located in the top right corner of your screen.

  • STEP 4: This is the part where you connect your wallet! The majority use Metamask, however Uniswap supports many more!

  • STEP 5: Once you click on the ' launch app' icon you are almost ready – your wallet is connected to Uniswap

  • STEP 6: Now, you can choose which currency to buy with. Note that you should click on “select token”, then click on “manage token”. Two options will appear (“lists” and “tokens”) select tokens option , then copy and paste $BDT contract

  • STEP 7: Now you paste the $BDT token contract address in: 0xa77E85C50c3cae650602A3bCEcB14A9ddD9D6C5A It may take a few seconds, but you will see the Bored Dogs Token name pop up in that field. You can then select it, and we're almost good to go! You can also click 'add' to save the token in the token list, so you don't have to paste the contract in next time.

  • STEP 8: Enter the amount of $BDT you'd wish to buy and the amount of paired token you want to buy with (e.g. ETH). This will populate the amount of Bored Dogs Token you should be getting for the trade. If you're happy with everything, you can finally click the 'Swap' button! Your wallet will then bring up a dialogue box where you will have to approve this transaction!

  • STEP 9: You can see the swap result in the next window. If the results seem correct, you can click on the ''Confirm Swap'' button to complete your transaction.

We have a total fixed supply of the Bored Dogs Token at 200,000,000. The tokens are open for purchase and will also be distributed to contributors, in the proportion to be agreed by the DAO members after sales of all the BDRC NFTs.
